I know addiction from the inside — alcohol, drugs and gambling — and I know what it takes to rebuild a life in recovery.
I've also spent more than 20 years working in addiction services: as an addiction counsellor, psychotherapist and recovery support coordinator, helping people and families through some of the hardest periods of their lives.
Empowerment brings those two worlds together in one practical recovery pathway.
